For a period of time now, Moldova has been experiencing a negative demographic trend. Because of the unavailability and unreliability of the statistical data, however, the Moldovan government does not have enough information about the reproductive behaviour of the population in order to implement appropriate population policies. The aim of the project is therefore to carry out a survey among Moldovan women about their attitudes and needs in the reproductive field. In 2017, an introductory meeting of Czech experts from the Faculty of Science of Charles University was held with representatives of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Moldova. A structured questionnaire was also prepared for the planned field survey. In 2018, the population climate survey itself will be carried out and the data collected will be analysed. There will also be three training sessions and workshops. The project will be completed in 2018.
