The project is focused on capacity building of organisations dealing with social inclusion and employment of disabled people. The cooperation with Czech experts – Jan Kostečka and Lada Furmaníková – is targeted on the support, development and professionalisation of two NGOs from Modrič and Goražde especially in the field of organisation management, professional work with disabled people and communication with the public. In the first phase of the project, the Czech experts assessed the degree of operation and the level of expertise of the involved NGOs. During this phase, they described their strengths and weaknesses and subsequently created a plan to improve the current situation. In 2017 and 2018, cooperation with both organisations continued and a meeting was held to support and plan organisational development according to identified and current needs. The project will continue in 2019.
