This project aims to share knowledge from the field of employment of mentally disabled people. In Bosnia and Herzegovina major changes have been made in recent years in this field and there are many new non-governmental organizations which try to improve the situation of mentally disabled people. During this project not only theoretical but also practical experience and knowledge from the Czech Republic environment will be shared to NGOs and also to the government representatives. Theoretical module will take place in Sarajevo and practical modules will be provided through trainings and consultations in the Czech Republic.
