The purpose of this project is to promote system of social protection for vulnerable children in Moldova. This step will have a positive impact on the reform of foster care for children left without parental care in Moldova. The objective of the project is to strenghten qualification, specialized knowledge and skills of people providing child social protection services in Moldova. Also the transfer of experience and knowledge in the area of raising and educating children will be assured.

On the national level there will be trainings for 850 persons working in the field of social protection of children (parent-educators from CCTF, foster care assistants, specialists from community centers and specialists from the Territorial Structures of Social Assistance).

The elaborated training material will be used not only within the project but also after the project for initial and continuous training of workers in services of child social protection organized by MLSPF.
