The subject of the development intervention is the services and technical assistance, which concludes in decrease in pollution from the waste waters and securing of the sustainable waste water treatment system in the town of Cimişlia in Moldova. The partner organization for this project is the municipal administration of Cimişlia (Primaria Cimişlia).

The essential construction works, which are not the part of the tender, will be coordinated with the municipal administration of Cimişlia. It will be responsible for these works, while it made a commitment to contribute to the project realization with the 20 % contribution through in-kind inputs (first of all, construction works).

The subject of the project is mostly the proposal of technical measures and ensuring the reconstruction of the STP and local pumping station, automatic system of operation management of system of pumping stations for waste waters, training of the employees, maintaining the technological part of the waste water treatment system and creation of the plan of long-term development for the APACANAL Cimişlia organization is conducting the educational campaign aimed at the population and industrial entities of the Cimişlia. All the construction documentation was finished in 2012, and the construction works have been started.
