This project is focused on strengthening institutional capacities, transparency and effectiveness of public administration and public services within the Republic of Moldova. Its goal is to increase efficiency, transparency and openness of public services which are provided by the National Employment Agency in Moldova (ANOFM) through digitalization and optimization of ANOFM´s management documents. Simultaneously will be increased transparency of information within the ANOFM and of information between ANOFM and other government agencies. In specific this project will focus on developing ANOFM´s capacities through new applications and innovative technologies in order to increase effectiveness and transparency of necessary and provided administrative work and in order to strengthen ICT capacities of ANOFM´s employees and their ability to manage and use ICT properly. The Subject of this project are activities which include preparation of approach for solving electronic record services, delivery of SW (license included) and HW technologies including training of final users.
