The aim of the project was to support the transfer of knowledge to small and medium farmers in Moldova. The project’s strategy was to aggregate the Czech experience with the creation of agricultural knowledge and innovation systems and transfer it to Moldova, while taking into consideration possible economic and cultural differences. When selecting an appropriate strategy, the emphasis was put on innovation, suitability and future prospects of establishing cooperation between Czech and Moldovan farmers.
Transfer of know-how from the Czech Republic focused especially on communication with the target group, examples of good agricultural practice, modern marketing approaches and building a positive environment for future business partnership.
The core of the project was to create a communication strategy for the Farmer National Federation of Moldova (FNFM), and, on its basis, prepare a series of Educational television programs.
