In Bosnia and Herzegovina, the low employability of persons with disabilities (PWDs) is a problem, while the labor market also faces a shortage of workers in the cyber security sector. This shortage is exacerbated by the barriers that PWD face in finding employment, both on the part of employees and employers.

The project aims to improve access to inclusive employment opportunities for PWDs, particularly in the cybersecurity sector. It aims to strengthen the capacity of institutions, employers, and civil society organizations to address these barriers. The project offers training for employers, focuses on creating inclusive work environments, and supports the training of PWDs to work in the field of cyber security. The initiative also supports advocacy activities to ensure fair working conditions and the inclusion of PWDs in the labor market.
