Main target of the project is creation of the Crisis Center for Return Migrants to Moldova. Ministry of Labour, Social Protection and Family of the Republic of Moldova (MLSPF), together with the IOM, have identified the need to create a tailored crisis service, which will be launched as pilot project within the existing Republican Asylum for Pensioners and Invalids in Chisinau (RAPIC). The Asylum is already running in the municipality of Chisinau. Crisis Center will be opened for its clients from January 2014 after final reconstruction and staff training. Project also includes study visit of staff and representatives of MLSPF to the Czech Republic in order to visit similar centers. IOM will also conduct analyse of best pratices in other European countries.
