The intention of the project was to strengthen the autonomy, expertise and cooperation of partner organisations in Ukraine and Moldova in the field of NGO functioning, cooperation with foreign NGOs and development projects. In addition, to increase the professional capacity of SHPaRS DCHOO staff through a study stay and possible new cooperation with Caritas Ukraine, thus supporting the application of other development and humanitarian projects in Ukraine. The output of the project is the completion of a theoretical and practical block on cooperation, new projects and practical demonstrations in Ukraine and Moldova with local partners. This block will be followed by an output focusing on practical demonstration of projects and organisations in the Czech Republic. The output is also linked to the language skills of the staff member and the creation of a new database.
