The aim of the project is to map the interest of the addressed subjects from Bosnia and Herzegovina in the possibility of using automated communication and artificial intelligence (virtual assistants - chatbot, voicebot) in the private and public spheres. The impact of the project will be an increase in awareness among the involved entities about the issue of using online communication tools in the digitization of business processes.
