The aim of the project is to enable Serbia to contribute actively and efficiently to civilian components of peace support operations, especially under the auspices of Chapter 31 – Common Foreign and Security Policy. At least 1 expert is going to be deployed by the end of 2017; and 5 to 10 by mid. 2018. The project specifically aims to set legal framework of the civilian components of peace support operations by the end of 2017 and to establish functioning and sustainable centre for recruiting, training and dispatching experts from Serbia to civilian crisis management missions, especially CFSP missions.
