The aim of the project was to strengthen the internal capacity of Humanitas Afrika, o.p.s. in key areas such as fundraising, working with volunteers, management and development of the organisation and delivery of AIC services. By further strengthening its internal capacity and stabilizing some key processes, the organization is better able to raise resources and funds for its FDC (foreign development cooperation) activities. The aim was for the organisation to become financially self-sustaining, strong, procedurally sound and efficient in its activities over time, and as a result improve the impact of the projects implemented on the target groups. One of the main outcomes of the projects was the acquisition of resources from individual and corporate donors through the streamlining of the Patronage of Schoolchildren programme and the greater diversification of corporate giving programmes. The intent was also to create programs that will lead to diversification and long-term development of their resources. At the same time, the aim was also to improve the work with volunteers and increase the promotion of the African Resource Centre.
