The project is focused on the transfer of Czech experience with the transition to decentralized administration.

The aim is to contribute to the proper setting of system of decentralized administration and to help address some procedural issues related to the ongoing administration reform. These include streamlining internal procedural setting of the educational institution CEGSTAR and support of the process of fiscal decentralization at the state level.

The project will also support education of public administration employees. Some of the educational activities will be implemented directly by Czech government, namely by the Institute for Public Administration Prague.
