The aim of project is to strengthen and increase capacities with know-how in the field of external relations it means effectively extend the network of co-workers for a work in a wider team and for the distribution of the job description and competencies of current employees of the organization. The main outcomes of the project is the realization of an experimental space called Malaika which will serve development education experience through dance, music and creation in general and approach the work and results of the organization. Next outcome is the creation of multimedia material whose purpose is to introduce the broader impact of the organization´s activities in relation with the implementation of sustainable development goals through the human stories. Finally create training workplace development cooperation for students and graduates of high schools and universities. All this is focused on deepening and strengthening organizational effectiveness of the organization´s staff and expertise for a long-term cooperating as well as new volunteers and increase information outreach of the organization.
