This project will help the NNO NESEHNUTI professionalize, the staff will benefit from courses on grant management, fundraising and facilitation, so that the NNO promotes its sustainability in development cooperation. Systematic support of an external expert will be provided during the preparation of large international projects in development cooperation, so that the staff learns how to manage cooperation with big donors.
