The project focuses on capacity-building and professionalisation of the Czech organisation SIRIRI o. p. s., which carries out developmental projects in the Central African Republic (CAR). A key part of the project is the creation and pilot testing of a new methodology for volunteer training. Thanks to it, the organisation’s volunteers will be able to stay in CAR on a long-term basis, providing more support to the target groups and enabling consistent monitoring of the organisation’s activities.
