The project will innovate and enhance the quality of project management in the Serbian city of Cacak. Good practice will be shared with the Czech town Valasske Mezirici. It will help to relieve the difficulties with finances and human capacities, and the system will be more transparent with a stronger potential to activate the civic society. The final outcome will consist of a new project management methodology.
