The project aims at making the NGO sustainable, at creating a stable project management and efficient project processes as well as setting the fundraising stratégy for the long-term benefit of the NGO. Among the biggest outcomes there will be the creation of the role of a project manager, development of monitoring tools and evaluation systems, and enhancing the safe and professional preparation of volunteers that head to the Central African Republic where the NGO centers its activities.
