Climate change is a global problem that requires an international solution. The Czech Republic's foreign development cooperation is trying to contribute to solving the problem, but so far it has not been able to establish deeper relations and effective cooperation in the countries of the so-called Eastern Partnership. This project is based on this situation. It aims at establishing a deeper cooperation between a leading Czech NGO and its Ukrainian partner, which will allow for a broader mobilisation of professional capacities and funding for more effective project management and thus contribute to addressing climate change - through building professional capacity in the field, as well as deepening project writing and evaluation skills.
