The project is aimed at families dependent on agricultural production in areas suffering from unsustainable agricultural practices. The project assists the local population in improving agricultural practices to prevent further deterioration of natural resources and contribute to the stabilisation of soil conservation and land stability. Increased production will lead to increased food security of the target group and create new sources of income for the beneficiaries. Simultaneously, the project will contribute to gradual afforestation of target locations, not only through planting trees, but also through increased energy efficiency of current heating and cooking systems. The project also plans to establish a robust platform for sharing information, experience, coordination and management of natural resources in the region.
