This pilot intervention is aiming to support the increase of employment and self-employment opportunities for People with Disabilities (PWD) in three districts of Kosovo, i.e Ferizaj/Uroševac, Prishtina/Priština, and Prizren. The set goal of the Action will be achieved by implementing different measures like introduction of Supported Employment (SE) services, support to small business ventures both in their planning and their financing, establishment of suitable match between the needs and the availability of vocational education, and support to the advocacy processes for promotion of opportunities as well as fighting stigma and discrimination among potential employers and the general public.
