The project was identified on the basis of cooperation between the Czech Republic and Japan. The project equipment was purchased for new kindergarten in Jalaurtě and built from the funds of the Japanese Embassy. In Sachkhere region issevere shortage of childcare facilities. From 3610 children aged between 2 and 6 years only 900 of them has the possibility to attend it.
