The project helps to fill the existing gap in the Georgian higher education in the study field of development small and medium-sized farms which represents a priority for the new government and international donors (for example the EU - project ENPARD Georgia). The project helps through the transfer of know-how and knowledge between the Czech University of Agriculture in Prague and Akaki Tsereteli State University (ATSU) in Kutaisi. The goal will be achieved through improvements in teaching, increasing the capacity of academics, support of faculty institutional operation, providing analysis of current international relations, strengthening the capacities in science and research and providing necessary material facilities for the faculty.
