The aim of this project is to boost a technical potential of city Cacak in Serbia, especially focus on exchange of good practices and experiences within the public administration known as “Good Governance”. Initially, the public administration will be learned about current situation in Valasske Mezirici city, particularly concerning installation of wifi hotspots, implementation of QR codes, and better access to information for local inhabitants and employees according to strategic plan of Valasske Mezirici followed by analysis and subsequent proposals for improvements. This project is connected to the previous project from the year 2015, which provided needed technical base. The main output of this project will be to create development strategy for Cacak city, propose the measures for action plan based on requirements from Serbian public administration.
