The project aims at promoting the capacities of the top management in their expertise and in PCM based on the fact that the number of administered projects on global development education and human capacities. In the second place, it will also focus on the internal capacities for quality monitoring and project evaluation in cooperation across the whole department Education and Global Partnerships.
