The main goal of the project is to increase the awereness and interest of the high school students and their teachers in a development agenda especialy because of recent events. The project is free continuation of last year project and key educational method is a student debate competition. The project will také place in five regions – Liberecký, Ústecký, Středočeský, Moravskoslezský and the capital city Prague. In each region minimaly six high schools will participate in the project. In the introductory part (workshops in the schools) students will familiarize themselves with the basics of debate and presentation techniques. At the same time students and their teachers will start studying selected topics above all from the field of development agenda. In the second phase (regional competition rounds) high school teams from various schools will participate in the debate competition on predominantly development agenda topics. The winners will advance to the final competition round.
