MOST, o.p.s. carries out international development cooperation projects aimed at improving living conditions and the level of education of Tibetans in the Indian Himalayas and the Tibetan region. The aim of the project is to provide conditions for continuity and further development of international development cooperationprojects in target areas through innovative fundraising methods. The result of the project will be an increased diversity of financial resources of the organization leading to an increased stability. In terms of the development of fundraising toolswe will focus on implementing new ways of communication with existing donors. We will use the innovative means of communication to recruit new donors. We will focus on new ways of promoting online shopping in order to increase the diversity of financial resources of the organization. The internal sourcesof the organization will be strengthenedthrough several training courses and internships for staff and volunteers.
