The objective is to improve capacity and know-how in the field of fundraising and institutional funding, and the overall sustainability of the organisation. The organisation currently doesn’t have sufficient capacity to develop a structured approach in its fundraising. The project will enable the organization to employ a fundraising expert in the field and create a relevant strategy. The organization will then follow the new strategy and focus on establishing and/or deepening cooperation with the private sector, which potentially represents stable and long-term source of finances for projects implemented by the organization. Concurrently, the organization will have sufficient capacity to communicate with relevant funding institutions and develop project proposals.
