The aim of the project is to build the capacity of the private sector, specifically companies in the rail transport sector, to engage in foreign development cooperation. The project will contribute to increase knowledge and improve the presentation of the Association with the specific purpose of creating a menu of development solutions and further training of the Association's members in the field of development cooperation.
