The intention of the project is to contribute to strengthening the diversity and competitiveness of women in the ICT sector and thus to fulfilling Sustainable Development Goal 5.5, through education and employability of new talents from the Czech Republic in ICT on a global scale. Achievement of the project's objective will be monitored from 2020 onwards on an increase in the overall share of women by at least 0.1% year-on-year.
