About the Czech Development Agency (CzDA):

The Czech Development Agency (CzDA) is a government organizational unit subordinate to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic, established by Act No. 151/2010 Coll., for the implementation of international development cooperation (IDC).

CzDA manages an annual budget of approximately CZK 420 million from the state budget and implements development projects in partner countries.

We are looking for a reliable and proactive colleague with excellent communication skills and a good knowledge of the Ukrainian healthcare system, who will assist in implementing a delegated cooperation project funded by the Ukraine Investment Facility. The project focuses on the modernization of medical infrastructure in Ukraine.

NÁPLŇ PRÁCE

Job Description:

  • Providing support to the Project Coordinator and Project Manager throughout the project;
  • Acting as a local liaison for assigned hospitals and their managing authorities (oblast/state or municipal level);
  • Coordinating project-related activities at the level of selected hospitals in Western Ukraine (Lviv, Rivne, Lutsk);
  • Participating in meetings with hospital representatives, regional and local authorities;
  • Conducting regular on-site monitoring of project activities and reporting findings to the coordination team;
  • Organizing and attending field visits, workshops, and events;
  • Supporting visibility and communication activities related to the project;
  • Preparing documentation and summaries in Ukrainian and English;
  • Performing other tasks as assigned by the Project Coordinator or Manager.

POZICE VYŽADUJE

Requirements:

  • Ukrainian citizenship or valid work permit for employment in Ukraine;
  • University degree (at least bachelor’s level) in public administration, healthcare, project management, or related fields;
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience in project implementation, preferably in international cooperation or healthcare;
  • Fluency in Ukrainian and English (both written and spoken); Czech is not required;
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills;
  • Ability to travel regularly within Ukraine and conduct field visits;
  • Good computer skills (MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook);
  • Familiarity with the Ukrainian public healthcare system is an advantage.
