The aim of the project is to make technical education accesible to people with disabilities through their involvement in a real work environment and creation of job in the labour market in Cambodia. The project provides consulting services and training to help people with disabilities get work experience and increase their competetiveness. During the project, seven social firms will be estabilished with a focus on services. In these firms people with disabilities will be employed and trained. Moreover, the companies create income, so they will be self-sufficient even after the project ends.
