The aim of this project is to provide inclusive education for visually impaired in Kosovo and help their integration into society. An integral part of the project is the development of Blind School –Resource Centre in Peja through training of teachers in teaching music, training of visiting professors and providing necessary equipment for training and future education of students. Project builds on the transfer of know-how from the Czech Republic to Kosovo. This knowledge will be transferred with the help of a study visit, conducted by a group of educators and managing staff of Blind School –Resource Centre in Peja to Miroslav Ježek School for visually impaired in the Czech Republic. Activities will also include organization of seminars in order to raise awareness of the importance of inclusive education and its principles, main target group will be directors of middle and elementary schools in Kosovo.
