The project goal is to contribute to social inclusion of marginalized groups into the majority population. The project focuses on effective targeting of services for marginalized groups and working cooperation of state institutions and NGOs in the area of social services and inclusiveness. The project builds on the well-established learning centres with their clear role in promoting inclusion, but moves ahead towards inclusion in formal education and more encompassing work within the community on social inclusion. This all will be implemented on a local level in two municipalities of Gracanica and Fushe Kosova. For better linkage between schools and learning centres and direct work with schools, the project uses the experience of PIN education department Varianty, well-established program in Czech republic aiming to transfer its know-how to the Kosovo environment. Moreover, the project wants to actively involve minicipalities and work directly with the families. This all will help to create a better provision of social services for marginalized groups in Fushe Kosova and Gracanica and more complex approach to social work and inclusive education.
